We made six different models of Gradient Boosting Regression where the target factors were RMSSD, SDNN, PNN50, LF, HF, and LF/HF ratio respectively. When examining the crystal structure of ALDH2, R101G and R114W are located in distinct regions of the α-B helix that are separate from E504K (Fig. 4A and B).
