Kyle WinkfieldPresident
Kyle Winkfield is a breath of fresh air to the financial industry, empowering clients and public audiences through education and straight-forward concepts. Personal finance is a topic that unnerves many Americans and the barrage of industry jargon and fast talk leaves most uncertain about what is best for them and their families. A portfolio is not a plan, and what sets Kyle’s clients apart from the rest is they have a written plan for retirement achieving financial freedom and lifestyle security. Known for his passion and heartfelt teaching style, Kyle’s voice is often heard on the air, in print or online. When Kyle is not teaching financial concepts, he can be found at the movie theater, asleep on his couch, or in the pantry eating snacks.
Ashley Adams Director of Operations
Ashley Adams | Director of Operations
Performing a mix of operational and creative roles, Ashley can most often be found writing financial blogs, managing Finley Alexander's social media accounts, filming video shorts, creating new content, and the like. She's also our go-to for all things decorating.Â
Before joining the financial services industry, Ashley was an event planner and technical trainer for the public sector. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Transportation & Supply Chain Management from The University of Maryland at College Park. She also maintains an active real estate license and is a Langevin Certified Instructor/Facilitator.
A DC-native, Ashley is excelling at parenting the 2 young boys whom she shares with her husband. In the spring and summer, she can be found hiding from all of them in her vegetable garden.
Little-known fact: Ashley traveled to 30 countries before turning 30, the age at which she permanently remains.

When clients need something done ASAP, Erica is their go-to. Detail oriented with a passion for helping others, Erica wears lots of hats within Finley Alexander Wealth Management, including marketing, processing applications and handling calendars and scheduling needs.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Science from Towson University.
A lifelong Baltimore resident, Erica enjoys being outdoors and playing sports, especially dodgeball. She also enjoys interior design and decorating.

When she isn't hiding from our camera, Nicole is busy managing our digital marketing and watching cute baby videos.
Nicole holds a Bachelors Degree in Studio Art from The University of Maryland at College Park.
A Maryland native, Nicole recently relocated to Florida and joins our Zoom calls with a palm-tree studded background. Nicole's passions include K-Pop and planning her next trip to South Korea.

Amanda’s creative mortgage solutions are a perfect fit to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Mortgages and home equity play a major role in most people’s financial planning, and whether you’re refinancing, downsizing, upgrading, or building, she offers an attentive, efficient and personable experience.
The Maryland native recently relocated to Denver, Colorado after spending her entire life in Maryland and enjoys taking care of clients regardless of her – or their – location, nationwide.
When she’s not finessing mortgages, Amanda enjoys time with her friends, family, and dog. She loves cooking, anything Halloween related, interior design, gardening, traveling, and yoga.

For more than 17 years, Amy has practiced in Maryland and the District of Columbia in the areas of estate planning and elder law, recently coming alongside Finley Alexander to provide much-needed planning support to our clients.
Leading with her heart and extensive legal knowledge, she helps families address their estate planning, trust administration, probate, and elder law matters. Oftentimes, families approach this stage of planning when they are in the midst of difficult times caused by illness, loss of competency, disability, or the death of a spouse and/or family member. Working collaboratively with families to create personalized estate plans that provide peace of mind, Amy’s holistic approach incorporates families’ financial, physical, mental and spiritual well-being throughout the process.
Amy’s commitment to this area of law is personal for her; she was inspired to pursue law school after her own experiences in loss and the hardships that follow loss. After losing her fiancé to cancer followed by the sudden loss of her mother a few years later, she learned first-hand about the lengthy process of probate and guardianship, as she then also assumed responsibility for her grandmother who had dementia and lived in a nursing home.

Offering over 28 years of experience advising both corporations and individuals with their tax and financial planning issues, Dave is a valuable partner for Finley Alexander clients.
Dave’s specialties include corporate and individual income tax, estate tax, financial and retirement planning, charitable giving, and wealth transfer structure/ strategies for multi-generational families. He has proven to be a great in-house asset when combined with Finley Alexander’s forward tax & financial planning strategies.
Dave currently serves as the managing member of Summit Consulting International, LLC and the go-to for all accounting needs here at Finley Alexander.
Previously, Dave worked for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte as a Senior Tax Manager before becoming the CFO of Marlin Integrated Capital Holdings Corporation & Subsidiaries. He has also served as interim CFO, interim Treasurer, Tax Director and Assistant Controller of AMF Bowling Corporation as well as leading several turnaround and start-up businesses in the USA, England and Brazil. Dave has also worked with companies in various stages of the corporate life cycle including startups, well established companies, companies on "life support" and entity wind-downs.
Dave didn’t mention it in his bio, so we’re adding it for him – he’s the husband to a fabulous woman, an adventurous and loving father to his son, and the landlord of a huge turtle named Bud.

A full time Realtor and co-owner of Exit Right Realty in Laurel, MD, Corey leads a team of professionals supporting both buyers and sellers in the greater Washington-DC area.
Seeing as home equity is one of the most popular parking places for wealth accumulation, Corey’s 15 years of experience as a Realtor, with a background as a Certified Public Accountant makes him a great asset to the Finley Alexander community.
When he’s not in the office, this DC native and his wife and 3 children enjoy traveling and community engagement. School supply drives, church events and coordinating football clinics with Gridiron, an organization founded by Washington Football Team’s former Super Bowl player, Gary Clark, to name a few things that keep them busy.
